Field Divisions – Part 1

According to scholars, the field can be divided into 3 parts, this helps the technical committee and the players, when determining the tactical formation of the game and how to act in the field, give the 1st part of this division:

Defensive zone: this space is characterized by a stronger marking and a constant coverage. When they are not in possession of the ball, the players have the function of intercepting, anticipating and taking the ball of the opponents. When they acquire possession of a ball, they should try to start the attack quickly, if that is not possible, hold the ball safely until they can start building an offensive play.
