Essential Skills – Ball Touch – Part 2

Learn to play the ball at different speeds. When you run through #lateral to get rid of the score, your touch of the ball will be different from when you face a head-to-head quarterback.

By touching the ball more slowly, you should leave the ball close to you all the time. So the # fighter will have to try to do something to get the ball out.

By touching the fast ball, you can kick it farther and run to reach it. This is useful when you can get rid of # marking, and most # players can run better without the ball than with it.

Tap the #ball every time you take a step to keep it in control.
